All bookings must be made through the bookings officer at the email address below. Please visit the calendar to check availability and then contact the bookings officer for booking form, details of terms and conditions and to confirm your booking.
Charges: Main Hall - £8 per hour. £7 per hour for repeat bookings of 3 or more Fisher Hall - £7 per hour. £6 per hour for repeat bookings of 3 or more Both Halls - £12.50 per hour.
Please note that parties must be booked for a minimum of two hours; additionally a refundable deposit may also be required to cover damage or extra cleaning costs, up to, but not exceeding £100.
Conditions of Hire:
Bookings must be paid for at time of booking, unless repeat bookings are made for a group or class, when a small deposit will be required.
Bookings must be made by completing the booking form to secure the date and time. This will be sent, with an agreement to terms and conditions, following the initial enquiry.
No music should continue beyond 11 p.m.
Preparation and clearing of the Hall is the responsibility of the Hirer and additional time may be arranged, free of charge, for this.
Alcohol must not be sold at any event. It can be served subject to donations or free of charge.
